Travel City Direct is a British holiday company based in Swansea and specialise in holidays to the United States. The company is owned by 4th largest tour operator in the United Kingdom, the XL Leisure Group.
Travel City Direct operates 16 flights per week to Orlando Sanford International Airport from its bases at Manchester Airport, London Gatwick Airport, Glasgow International Airport and Cardiff International Airport.
Travel City Direct currently operates one Boeing 767 and one Airbus A330 aircraft operated by XL Airways. In the past Travel City Direct has operated Boeing 747-300 aircraft leased from Air Atlanta. These aircraft were returned to Air Atlanta on the 17 November 2007 upon lease expiration. For now Travel City Direct will use its Boeing 767 equipment for the winter period on all Travel City Direct flights, whilst waiting for their own aircraft to arrive in 2008. This will remove the 3-class configuration of the aircraft, reducing it to 2-class only, introducing the 2 different premium service levels for the two types of aircraft, XL ONE (Boeing 767) and Premium (Airbus A330)
